Can we bring our own cake?
Yes! You are welcome to bring in your own cake or cupcakes!

Can I bring outside food or a cooler?
No, outside food or drinks are not allowed (except for cake or cupcakes). Our café offers a variety of food and beverages for your party guests to enjoy!

What if someone has allergies?
If you or a guest has dietary restrictions, please let us know. We’ll be happy to accommodate whenever possible.

Can I bring my own decor?
Yes! You are welcome to bring in your own decor, balloons, etc. We just ask for no glitter and no piñatas are allowed at parties.

How many adults can come?
2 adults per child are included!

When can I come in?
You are able to come in 30 minutes prior to your party time to decorate your room.

Can I have more than 20 kids?
Our standard party rooms have a maximum capacity of 20 children. For larger celebrations, we recommend reserving two rooms during the same time slot or booking the mega play party!

What is the cancellation policy?
Party deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward rescheduling. You’ll have up to 2 weeks from your original party date to choose a new date.

Can I add more food or more guests?
Yes! You can add extra food or guests up until the day of your party. Your final bill will be adjusted accordingly and settled before the party starts.
