Rules

General Facility Rules:
1. Shoes: Shoes are not permitted in the play areas. Just Play grip socks must be worn at all times. (Please put shoes away in cubbies)
2. Adult Supervision: Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
3. Health & Safety: Children showing signs of illness, including but not limited to cough, runny nose, sneezing, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, rash, etc., may not enter the facility.
4. Play Area Conduct: Ensure all children understand and adhere to the play area rules to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment.
5. Food & Drinks: No food, drinks, or gum may be taken into the play areas.
6. Walk-in Parties: Walk-in parties are not permitted.
Slide Rules:
1. Personal Items: Please store all valuables and personal items before using the slides.
2. Clothing Safety: Refrain from using the slides if wearing clothes with loose ties, drawstrings, or cords that could cause injury.
3. Proper Sliding: Always remain seated and cross your hands on your chest when using the slides.
4. Climbing: Do not climb up the slides.
5. Clear the Slide: After sliding down, please make way for others immediately to avoid injury.
Bounce House Rules:
1. Supervision: Adult supervision is REQUIRED while children are in the bounce house.
2. Age & Weight Restrictions: Please follow any posted age or weight restrictions. Only children within the specified age and weight limits are permitted.
3. No Shoes: Shoes, glasses, jewelry, and sharp objects are not allowed inside the bounce house. Only just play grip socks should be worn.
4. One at a Time: Only the allowed number of children (based on posted guidelines) are permitted in the bounce house at one time.
5. No Rough Play: No flipping, wrestling, or rough play. Children should bounce and play safely.
6. Exit When Injured: If a child is injured or feels unwell, they must exit the bounce house immediately.
7. Stay Within Boundaries: Children must stay within the boundaries of the bounce house and avoid climbing the sides or walls.

Q: What is Just Play Family Fun Center?
A: Just Play is an indoor playground designed for kids to play, explore, and burn off energy in a safe, clean, and fun environment! We offer a variety of play structures, slides, obstacle courses, ball pits, and more for children of all ages.

Q: Where are you located?
A: 7001 Dexter-Ann Arbor Rd. Unit B Dexter, MI 48130. We’re conveniently located and easy to find!

Q: Do I need to sign a waiver?

A: Yes. All guests must have a completed waiver on file before entering the play area. You can fill out the waiver online ahead of time or at our check-in desk. Parents or legal guardians must complete the waiver for all minors.

Q: What are your hours of operation?

Monday-Friday 10am-8pm
Saturday & Sunday 9am-8pm

Q: Do you serve food?

A: Yes. We partnered up with the local restaurants in our plaza to offer kids and families a nice delicious meal. Check out our cafe to see what foods we are offering daily.

A: Yes! We month and yearly memberships. Visit our membership page for more details.

Safety & Rules

Q: Is the playground safe for toddlers?
A: Absolutely! We have a dedicated toddler area designed specifically for little ones under 3, with age-appropriate play structures and soft padding.

Q: Are socks required?
A: Yes, Just Play grip socks are required for all kids playing in the playground. Adults must also wear grip socks in play areas. Forgot yours? No problem, we sell them at the front desk!

Q: Can I drop off my child?
A: For safety reasons, we do not offer drop-off or childcare services. A parent or guardian must remain on-site at all times.

Parties & Events

Q: Do you host birthday parties?
A: We sure do! We offer several party packages that include a private party room, playtime, pizza, and more. Visit our Parties page to learn more and book your date.

Q: Can I bring my own food?
A: No outside food or drinks allowed. Only scheduled parties are permitted to bring cupcakes/cakes for their parties. We have teamed up with local restaurants to offer our guests fresh food and beverage options.
