Livonia Party Room Schedule
All party reservations include 2 hours in the party room, followed by 30 minutes for staff to clean and turn over the room.

Important Party Room Information

Each party room accommodates up to 20 children.

Party times are set and cannot be changed.

Guests must arrive at their scheduled party time.

Early access to the party room is not guaranteed. The room may still be occupied or undergoing cleaning and setup before your scheduled start time.

There is a 30-minute turnover period between parties for cleaning and resetting the room.
Steps to Booking a Party Room:

Call us, come in, or visit our website to reserve your party date and room.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, which will be applied toward your total party balance and secures your reservation.

Call or stop in to pay the remaining balance at least 48 hours before your party date.

ALL final payments must be finalized 48 hours before your party date.
If this isn't complete, we cannot guarantee any special accommodations to be made.
Birthday Party Rescheduling Fee
More than 14 days before the party: FREE one-time reschedule
7–14 days before: $50 rescheduling fee
Less than 7 days before: $100 rescheduling fee
Less than 48 hours before: $150 rescheduling fee. This fee helps cover food and party supplies that have already been ordered and prepared for your scheduled event.
Policy: All rescheduled parties are subject to availability. Payments and deposits remain non-refundable. A party may only be rescheduled once, and the new date must be within 90 days of the original party date.

Can we bring our own cake?
Yes! You are welcome to bring in your own cake or cupcakes!

Can I bring outside food or a cooler?
No, outside food or drinks are not allowed (except for cake or cupcakes). Our café offers a variety of food and beverages for your party guests to enjoy!

What if someone has allergies?
If you or a guest has dietary restrictions, please let us know. We’ll be happy to accommodate whenever possible.

Can I bring my own decor?
Yes! You are welcome to bring in your own decor, balloons, etc. We just ask for no glitter and no piñatas are allowed at parties.

When can I come in?
You are able to come in 15 minutes prior to your party time to decorate your room.

Can I have more than 20 kids?
Our standard party rooms have a maximum capacity of 20 children. For larger celebrations, we recommend reserving two rooms!

What is the cancellation policy?
Party deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward rescheduling. You’ll have up to 2 weeks from your original party date to choose a new date.

Can I add more food or more guests?
Yes! You can add extra food or guests up until the day of your party. Your final bill will be adjusted accordingly and settled before the party starts.
